All items sold by Stokes Interiors & Collectibles are vintage, antique, or second-hand unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of these items, signs of age, wear, or previous use should be expected.

All items are sold as seen and may show signs of age, wear, or previous use consistent with their nature.

We take care to describe and photograph items accurately, including any noticeable wear or imperfections.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe. We do not store or process card details on our website.

Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.

 

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed and payment completed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if we believe the order may be fraudulent.

 

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed after purchase.

Items must be inspected upon delivery or collection. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

Risk passes to the buyer once the item has been delivered or collected.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

All items are sold as seen. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours so the issue can be reviewed.

 

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of items purchased from us.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
